1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Memberships and Subscriptions:
    Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, all memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Training Sessions and Evaluations:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.

  • Programs and Packages:
    Once a program has been started or delivered, it is non-refundable.

  • Retail Products (if applicable):
    Apparel or physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
