REPS works with people who want their training to have purpose.
Have random workouts, classes, or self-directed programs stopped producing meaningful progress?
For many people, the issue isn’t effort. It’s the lack of a clear, accountable path forward.

People who train at REPS value:
structure over randomness
coaching over self-directed training
long-term development over short-term intensity
consistency over convenience
They want a system they can trust — one that provides direction, accountability, and measurable progress over time.
REPS is not designed to appeal to everyone. It is designed for people willing to commit to a higher standard.

REPS was founded by Travis Clay, a performance coach focused on long-term athlete development.
After years of working with athletes in traditional gym environments, Travis saw a consistent problem: many athletes lacked a clear system guiding their training. Workouts were often random, progress was difficult to track, and long-term development was rarely prioritized.
REPS was built to change that.
Today, Travis leads the coaching philosophy behind the REPS training environment, helping athletes train with purpose, structure, and accountability.

Every athlete who trains at REPS begins with an Athlete Assessment.
This evaluation helps determine the right starting point and ensures training aligns with the athlete’s goals, sport demands, and current capacity.
From there, athletes begin training within the REPS environment.
