Our individual summer training follows the same high-standard system used across REPS programs, with coaching designed around age, goals, and training level.


Individual Training Focus:

  • Strength and power

  • Speed and explosiveness

  • Agility and movement mechanics

  • Conditioning and endurance

  • Injury prevention

  • Confidence and discipline


Program Schedule:

Train 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) during the summer program window.
